In order to obtain administrative access to the Blackboard, C*Cure Alarm and Access Control Systems, UTA EDpass Database System and Pharos 'pay for print' System administered by the UCard Department; interested students, faculty and staff must complete the UCard Confidentiality & Acceptable Use Agreement and UCard User Access Forms. These forms do not need to be filled out by persons requesting access into controlled areas, but by persons needing access (logins) to the systems controlling access and ID systems.
