In order to obtain administrative access to the ID, alarm and access systems administered by the UCard Department (Alarm & Access Control and the Blackboard systems), interested students, faculty and staff must complete the UCard Confidentiality & Acceptable Use Agreement and UCard User Access Form. These forms do not need to be filled out by persons requesting access into controlled areas, but by persons needing access (logins) to the systems controlling access and ID systems.
